Contract between you and CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG Applies to your use of this site. In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Service ("Users" "Members"). "ChargebackProtection.org," "we" or "our" will refer to ChargebackProtection.org and its subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors. 1. CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. (B) DISCLAIMER OF ACCURACY. CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT. CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, CHANGE OR DELETE REGISTRATIONS OR ABUSE RECORDS OR ANY PART OF THE SITE THEREOF WITHOUT NOTICE. User Input. CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG shall have no obligation to compensate the contributor of such information in any manner. 3. Complete Agreement; Changes to the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding relating to the use of the Site and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional, communications. CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG shall have the right to revise and modify the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the Site. Any use of the Site after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions by the user. 4. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG, its officers, directors, employees, members, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your breach of the Terms and Conditions. CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding. 5. Termination. CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG may terminate this agreement at any time for free and paid services. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of this Site. Without limiting the foregoing, CHARGEBACKPROTECTION.ORG shall have the right to immediately terminate your access and use of the Site, or any portion of the Site. 6. Privacy Policy. We do not share our users information with any third parties. Information about customers who initiated a chargeback are only displayed in the reports when a match is found considering search data. 7. Accurate Information. You will provide accurate and current information on all registration forms on the Service. ChargebackProtection.org reserves the right to ask any user for proofs of the reported chargeback incident. If the transaction in question is not verified, the report could be deleted by ChargebackProtection.org
